To meet the expectations of our customers, we also have our own injection molding plant, where we conduct tests and also produce plastic parts for a customers. As we want to deal with our customers as comprehensively as possible, we have the ability to make an injection mold for the customer and then produce finished products from it.
Thanks to our wide machine park, which includes HAITIAN injection molding machines with a compression force of 60 to 470 tons, we are able to produce parts from 1 gram to 4 kilograms in weight.
In addition, we have our own packaging and transport, so we are able to make deliveries in DAP form.
In addition to production using molds created by FORMO-PLAST, we also produce using molds provided by the customer.
The advantage of producing in our company is that when a mold is left for production, all mold services and possible repairs are done free of charge.
